Our story begins with a third-generation Argentinean chocolatier and his Chocolate Master father. They combine cocoa craftsmanship and creative vision into an immersive factory adventure tour that brings chocolate to life—from bean to bar. Led by a professional tour guide, you’ll explore the one-of-a-kind chocolate museum, drift along the mystical River of Chocolate, & watch our artisans in action. And Yum! You will be taken on this adventure narrated by local guides with more than 40 years experience on our lakes. This tour is perfect for history buffs and nature enthusiasts alike! 

After the tour, we will have lunch at the Harborside Restaurant located at the Living Cruises dock.

What was once the Polk County Courthouse now serves as the Polk County History Center, home of the historical museum and library. The museum’s exhibits and programs continue to grow and there is always something new to discover. The museum collection includes natural and cultural objects related to Polk and the greater Central Florida area that represent our history from pre-Columbian to present day eras. The artifacts on display at the museum represent individuals, cultural groups and events significant to the region.
