Office Update

Our Global Tours & Travel office is currently open. You may also contact our expert Travel Consultants via phone, email, or virtual meetings. We are available to help you with your questions, concerns, and travel needs. 

Cancelling or Modifying Plans

Our expert Travel Consultants are available to assist you with any questions. Most of our hotel partners, cruise line partners, tour operator partners, and all major airlines have introduced new flexible change and cancellation policies regarding upcoming trips. Please contact your travel consultant to discuss any bookings you may have. 

Travel Insurance

We encourage customers to purchase travel insurance, regardless of the circumstance. Each travel insurance policy is different and can have exclusions, including those for COVID-19. We recommend travelers be fully aware of the various insurance policies and the impact they can have on sudden travel disruptions, particularly those cause by COVID-19. 

Passport Applications and Renewals

If you need to apply for or renew your U.S. passport for international travel, please read the Department of State's current advisory on passport operations in response to COVID-19. The Department of State is currently experiencing significant delays and may take several months for you to receive your U.S. passport and other related documents.

The US State department recommends U.S. citizens exercise caution when traveling abroad due to the rapidly changing nature of the COVID-19 pandemic.
